As of , I'm still looking for input from someone who has done work for On Track, and and waiting for the Join Canada Talk Now link to function on their site. The USA link works well.
On Trak is associated with the better business bureau, and appears to have some other very good connections, so I'm signing up with them as soon as the link is up & running. You can jump on the bandwagon too, or wait and watch for updates.
