Vindale Research  will send you periodic emails  with information about surveys and product testing opportunities.

Keep your account  active by clicking on the links in all email communications in order to avoid any delay in processing payments or forfeiture of earnings. Payment requests are removed if a member's account becomes inactive. A User's Account will be set to inactive for any of the following reasons:

1. Invalid E-mail address.If The Website receives a bounce-back error message or similar message when sending an e-mail to a member, then that member's account will be set to inactive. A bounce-back message may occur if the User has added The Website to their "Ignore list" or marked a message from The Website as SPAM, or for other reasons.
2. Failure to confirm email communications.If a member fails to click on a link in 10 consecutive email communications from The Website, their account will be set to inactive. The Website reserves the right to change this number at any time.
3. Outdated or inactive contact information.Members are responsible for maintaining accurate and complete contact information and promptly updating such information if a person moves, contact information otherwise changes, or if a member has difficulty with their email service provider. If any payment sent out to a member is returned to them for any reason, including  being provided with inaccurate or outdated contact information, they  will continue to hold such payment for up to ninety (90) days and will resend the payment upon request and receipt of correct contact information within the ninety (90) day period. If they do not receive a request to resend payment along with corrected contact information within ninety (90) days then they  will destroy the check, all earnings giving rise to the payment are deemed forfeit, and the payment is forfeited and permanently waived.

How to  request payment?

To request payment, you must have a verified (NOT pending) balance of at least $50 USD. When your verified balance is greater than or equal to $50 USD, click the Request Payment link at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions. In order to be included in a payment cycle, you must request payment by 12:00 PM (noon) EST on the day payments will be processed.

When are payments processed?

Payments are automatically processed on the 15th and last day of every month. If the 15th or last day falls on a non-business day, payments will be distributed on the last business day prior to the 15th or last day. For example, if the 15th falls on a Saturday, payments will be processed on Friday the 14th. In order to be included in a payment cycle, you must have a verified balance (NOT pending) greater than or equal to $50 USD and you must request payment by 12:00 PM (noon) EST on the day payments will be processed. If you request payment after 12:00 PM EST, you will be included in the next payment cycle. The payment system is automated and requests for payment outside of this schedule will NOT be honoured.

What forms of payment are available?

All payments are made using the safe and secure services of PayPal. To accept a PayPal payment, you must have a valid PayPal account. Click here for more information about opening a PayPal account. PayPal payments may or may not be immediately funded and therefore may take up to 5 business days to fully process.

How much will I be paid?

All payments are made in multiples of $50 USD. For example, if your balance is $53.50, you will receive a payment of $50 USD. If your balance is $103.50, you will receive a payment of $100 USD. In both examples, the remaining $3.50 will remain in your Vindale account and count towards a future payment
